The invitation

Family is the most important thing in Mummy's world — she has given every one of us her love, her time, her whole self. For her 50th, we're bringing her brothers and sisters together from every corner of the world, at the new home she has waited years to welcome her whole family into.

This site is our shared hub for the week: where everyone's staying, what's happening each day, and how you can help make it unforgettable — including a photo album celebrating her first fifty years. Keep it a secret. She has no idea what's coming.

Five days together

A week built around one birthday dinner, one overnight escape, one Christmas at home — and a lot of time in the same room.

  1. 22 Tuesday

    Arrival & Welcome Dinner

    Our new home, London

    Everyone lands and settles in — time to catch your breath and shake off the jet lag. This is the moment Mummy has been waiting years for: her whole family, together, under her own roof. To mark it, Humza and Elisa are cooking a welcome dinner.

  2. 23 Wednesday

    The Birthday — an Overnight Escape

    Fairmont Windsor Park

    We head to Fairmont Windsor Park, a five-star hotel and resort, for one night — with Mummy's birthday dinner at its heart. Guests have full run of the wellness centre: a 20 m indoor pool, thermal suite, sauna and steam room, plus a gym and outdoor tennis courts for anyone who fancies a game.

  3. 24 Thursday

    Christmas Eve Shopping

    Bicester Village, Oxfordshire

    A lazy brunch at home, then off to Bicester Village for the afternoon. Bag some discounts from the designers, and stay for the Christmas lights.

  4. 25 Friday

    Christmas, Gifts & Good Times

    Our new home, London

    The whole family at home for Christmas — gifts, board games, and food. This is also when we reveal “Bushra at 50,” the photo album the whole family helped build. Bring your competitive streak.

  5. 26 Saturday

    Wrapping Up

    Our new home, London

    Hugs, goodbyes, and departures for anyone who needs to head home. Everyone else is more than welcome to stay — we would truly love you to.
